We welcome you to visit our country shop, painted peach and blue and surrounded by displays of yard ornaments and outdoor furniture. Inside you will find 10 rooms brimming with countless country treasures and collectibles handcrafted in the highest quality from over 300 artisans.A year 'round Christmas room, children's furniture, pottery, florals, baskets, candles, iron work and woodcrafts are just a few of the many crafts available.The Knot Hole Craft Shop located along the Historic National Road, Scenic 40 / Rt. 144, is Western Maryland's largest Cat's Meow Dealer with over 30 custom buildings from Cumberland and surrounding areas. Other collectibles include Boyds Bears, American Chestnut, Williraye, Mill Creek Sculptures, Sheila's, and Lizzie High Dolls. In addition to collectables, we carry folk art by Warren Kimble, and a large assortment of other country pictures. Pat Richter, Laurie Korsgaden, and Pauline Campanelli are among the other artisans represented. Also available is hand-crafted Amish made oak, hickory, and primitive furniture, a full line of outdoor furniture, candles, baskets, pottery, angels, children's oak furniture, iron work, windchimes, wreaths, floral arrangements, gourmet foods, a few antiques, a year-round Christmas room and gifts for all ages.When traveling to Allegany County, Maryland take I-68 to Exit 62 and stop at The Knot Hole's two craft shops, open year 'round for your shopping enjoyment.
